It does not, under any circumstances, replace the evaluation, diagnosis, clinical decision, or treatment performed by a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare professional.

2. Professional Responsibility
All clinical decisions, exam interpretations, diagnoses, prescriptions, therapeutic conduct, referrals, and patient follow-ups are the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional using the platform.
WingFy does not assume and cannot be held liable for any medical conduct or consequences arising from the use of its technology.

3. Technology Limitations

• Outputs generated may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

• The MedGemma model and other WingFy resources are provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties of accuracy, precision, adequacy, or clinical applicability.

• The technology must be used solely as a support tool, and it is always the professional’s duty to validate, confirm, and interpret the results before any practical application.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• WingFy, its parent companies, partners, suppliers, and developers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential), diagnostic errors, medical conduct failures, or adverse effects related to the use of the platform.

• By using WingFy AI, users expressly acknowledge that all clinical responsibility remains entirely with the physician or healthcare professional who employs the technology.

5. User Agreement
By accessing and using WingFy AI, the user acknowledges and agrees to all of the above terms, taking full responsibility for how the platform’s results are applied in clinical practice.
